1. Eligibility
By placing an order with SZTUDIIO you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Currency conversion displayed on the site is indicative and for convenience only; your payment will be processed in NGN. SZTUDIIO reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices in effect at the time of order confirmation apply. We strive to ensure prices are accurate, but in the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and notify you accordingly.
3. Orders
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your items and send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, or unavailability of stock. You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placement; after that, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
4. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. SZTUDIIO is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. See our full Shipping Policy for rates and timelines.
5. Exchanges & Store Credit
We do not offer refunds. However, we accept exchanges and can issue store credit. To request an exchange or store credit, contact us at support@sztudiio.com with your order number.
6. Sizing & Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display product colours and dimensions accurately. However, colours may vary slightly between screens. Size guides are provided as references; fit may vary due to the intentional oversized nature of our designs. We are not liable for minor discrepancies between product descriptions and the actual product.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the exclusive property of SZTUDIIO and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
8. Privacy & Data (NDPR)
SZTUDIIO processes your personal data in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 and its implementing framework. We collect only the data necessary to fulfil your orders and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting support@sztudiio.com. By using this site, you consent to our data processing practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. SZTUDIIO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to interfere with the site's operation. Automated access, scraping, or data harvesting without our prior written consent is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SZTUDIIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or from any products purchased. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SZTUDIIO, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the site.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria.
