Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Nigerian public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log in and view your order status under My Orders. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We do not offer refunds. If you would like to exchange an item or receive store credit, please contact us at support@sztudiio.com with your order number.
Damaged or Missing Items
